You’ve been asking for a real Last Round solution — here it is. A fully adjustable mount that lets you dial in the exact placement of your Last Round holder, with no drilling and no half-measures to get there.

Made by Chisel Machining, sold here as the complete kit: extension arm and round holder together, ready to mount.

Chisel tested 17 different holder designs — varying shape, size, wall thickness, and clamping strength — before settling on the one included here. To go with it, they built the first fully adjustable 6061 aluminum MLOK extension arm on the market, so you can fine-tune both position and angle until it’s exactly where you want it.

Installs in about 2 minutes. All mounting hardware is included, and it fits the Chisel Machining Hanguards for the Beretta and Mossberg platforms.
